Cole Creighton, Senior Neshaminy High School
The Redskins’ lefty tossed four innings of no-hit baseball in Neshaminy’s 10-0 win over Harry S Truman in an abbreviated five-inning game. For the week, Creighton was 5-for-6 with three runs scored, four RBIs, two doubles and two walks. He has signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Stony Brook University.

Note from the coach:
“Cole is right where we need him to be in all facets of the game for us,” coach Chris Tenaglia said. “The numbers from the first week speak for themselves. He’s been right in the middle of the success that we’ve had so far.”
About Cole:
Best memory playing baseball:  Winning the SOL National Conference championship last year.

SuburbanOneSports.com Honor Roll:
Brandon Birkhead
, Central Bucks East, threw five shutout innings to earn the win in the Patriots’ 5-0 win over Central Bucks West. He also had a home run and two RBIs.
Brendan Campbell, Pennsbury, was 6-for-11 with a walk, double, four runs, three RBIs (BA .545, OBP .583, SLG .636, OPS 1.220). Campbell had the game winning hit in the bottom of the sixth in the Falcons 4-3 win over Council Rock North, delivering a two-run single with two outs, runners on second and third and a 2-2 count.
Steve Hatala, William Tennent, was 2-for-3 with two RBIs and also allowed just one run in three innings to earn the save in the Panthers 4-3 win over Pennsbury.
Matt Heibling, Harry S Truman, delivered a two-out RBI triple in the bottom of the eighth inning to propel the Tigers to a 1-0 upset of Council Rock South for their first win of the season.
Calvin Salazar, Cheltenham, allowed three hits and no earned runs while striking out 10 in the Panthers 6-1 win over Springfield (Montco).
