Ashlyn Stevens – Senior at Pennsbury High School
Stevens is a two-year starter who was the leading scorer for the Falcons with 13 goals and 11 assists, a major increase from her stats of last year.
Note from the coach:
“Ashlyn was an integral part of our offense this year and really helped mold together the forwards and the mids,” coach Jamie Parell said.
About Ashlyn:

Continental Conference Bergey’s Buick GMC Highlighted Player
Emily Vasey – Senior at Central Bucks East High School
Vasey is a three-year varsity starter and has seen action at both midfield and forward for a Patriot squad that last year advanced to the district semifinals and earned a state playoff berth. A senior captain, Vasey led the Patriots in assists in each of the last three years.
Note from the coach:
“Emily is a quiet leader and an example on the field of high level play,” coach Marie Meehan said. “She is a skilled and crafty forward who was able to work with teammates developing passing schemes that allowed us to move up the field and weave through defenses. Emily’s individual talents allow her to dodge past many defenders and deliver shots that blast off the backboard. Emily is a strong competitor focused on winning games for 60 minutes of play. When Emily receives an outlet pass from a teammate, exciting things are going to happen!”
About Emily:
Best memory playing field hockey:
My favorite memory was last year during our game against North Penn in the pouring rain. It was tied the whole game until the last few minutes when one of my teammates had driven the ball up to Marissa (Glatt) and then she dished it to me and I scored the game-winning goal. It was such a great feeling that I will carry on for the rest of my life.”
Part of game I enjoy most:  I think my favorite part about playing field hockey is being out there with my teammates. I love knowing that someone’s always got my back and that I can always count on them for when I need help, not only on the field but off the field as well.
My role models are:  My mom and dad
Music that gets me pumped before games:  ‘All of the Lights,’ ‘Til I Collapse,’ ‘Bring it Back’
Favorite food:  Pizza
Favorite TV show:  Modern Family
Chocolate or vanilla?  Chocolate

American Conference Bergey’s Buick GMC Highlighted Player
Gabby Szczepanek – Senior at Cheltenham High School
A junior captain this fall, Szczepanek is a three-year member of the varsity and a two-year starter. She plays left forward for the Lady Panthers.
Note from the coach:
“Gabby is a strong offensive force with tremendous stickwork and speed,” coach Emily Zegestowsky said. “She can carry the ball down the field and create offensive opportunities for our team.”
About Gabby:
