Boys T&F Indoor State Championship Recap
The Souderton Area High School Boys Track & Field team made history yesterday at the State Championship Meet by placing 2nd in the 4x200 meter relay and 4th in the 4x800m relay. The 4x800m relay team also ran the 9th fastest high boys time in the nation! Both teams of course broke their own school records running a 1:29.13 in the 4x200m and a 7:52 in the 4x800m. The 4x800m relay team consisted of Aidan Kearns, James Kuduk, Justin Stauffer, and Aiden Maue. The 4x200m team consisted of Felix Suliveres, Mateo Barrera, Matthew Myers, and Vaughn Cole. Kearns and Maue also came back for a 2nd event running their own individual race; Kearns placed 14th in the 800m with a time of 1:57.06 and Maue placed 9th in the 3k running 8:44. Lorrell Pagent Thomas also raced in the 60m. Congrats boys for sending the most competitors to States in Souderton history and coming home with some hardware!
