The Central Bucks West Athletic Department is proud to announce Mr. Brad Tracy as the new C.B. West Head Baseball Coach beginning in the 2015 season. Mr. Tracy’s appointment to this position follows the retirement of Jim Ertel, who coached the Bucks for nine seasons.
Brad Tracy is a 1985 C.B. West graduate and holds a BS in Secondary Education from Kutztown University. He also earned a MS Degree in Educational Leadership and a Secondary Principal’s Certification from Delaware Valley College.
Brad began his teaching career in the Central Bucks School District in 2002 and currently continues in this same capacity, teaching History at C.B. South.
Brad Tracy’s baseball coaching career includes the following:
- Bucks County Community College Head Coach (2014)
- C.B. West Assistant Varsity Coach (2009-2011)
- C.B. South Assistant Varsity Coach (2004-2008)
- C.B. West Junior Varsity Coach (1988-1991)
- C.B. South Assistant Varsity Coach (2004-2008)
- Since 2008, Brad has also been the Assistant Head Coach to Steve Ruane and the Doylestown American Legion Baseball staff. The Doylestown Tigers were the 2012 Bux-Mont, Region 2 and the Pennsylvania State Champions.
