Upper Dublin High School Girls Tennis Team has captured the Suburban One American League crown for a second year in a row.  Undefeated in their league, Upper Dublin achieved an overall record of 12-1.  Leading the varsity squad of 27 were senior captains Lauren Cheifetz, Elle Jablon and Emily Won.

Freshman Ksenija Tasich led the varsity line-up with an outstanding record of 9 wins and 1 loss in first singles. Ksenija also took silver at the SOL American Singles Tournament and advanced to the second round of district singles.

The talented varsity doubles teams of Amanda Yang/Belinda Jin; Lauren Cheifetz/Anne Liu; LeeAnn Raynor/Lea Mangifesta; and Elle Jablon and Sydney Tress achieved an amazing feat of losing only three courts the entire season. Their combined win totaled 49 match wins and 3 losses.  Second and fourth doubles teams were undefeated.

Freshman Annabelle Laughlin and junior Annie Steinbrink completed the varsity singles line-up with freshman Erin Hackett filling in when needed.

Annie Steinbrink and Lauren Cheifetz joined forces to win bronze medals at the SOL American Doubles Tournament this past weekend.

The Upper Dublin Girls' Tennis Team is coached by Carol Hackenbracht and Karen Sirota.
