The Pennsbury grad and Penn State alum, who says she’s “had a lot of cool experiences so far,” and it’s a safe bet she’ll be having a lot more. Best moment covering sports:
In college, I was covering basketball, #4 Michigan @ Penn State.
It was senior night for The Nittany Lions, who had not been ranked and did not have a win in The BigTen all season. Penn State pulled out the 84-78 Victory over the Wolverines. Students and fans rushed the court and celebrated with the team. It was by far one of the most exciting games to cover and it was absolutely crazy. Completely unforgettable.
In five years, I hope to be:
Telling myself that I have finally made it. I have been and still am looking forward to the day where I can finally say that I am working for The NFL on Fox, covering the games from the sidelines. This has been a dream of mine that I have been chasing since the 6th grade. I also hope by then I have found Mr. Right.
One thing people don't know about me:
I absolutely love to draw, paint, sketch, etc. Art gives you the opportunity to be free and express yourself in any way you want to. If I didn't go into the broadcast world, I would love to be an Art teacher.
My Role model is: Suzy Kolber. I met her once at a Giants v Browns preseason game when I was 16. I told her that one day, I am going to take her job. She told me to give her some time and once she retires, it's all mine.
