Millennium Administrators
Highlighting…SOL Girls’ Basketball Players

This recognition is sponsored by Millennium Administrators. Athletes are chosen based on nomination of coaches.

National Conference Millennium Administrators Highlighted Player
McKenna Mullin – Senior at Neshaminy High School

The senior guard, who earned honorable mention all-league honors last season, is a three-year varsity player.
Note from the coach:
“It has been a pleasure coaching McKenna for all four years of her high school career,” coach Joe Lally said. “McKenna is one of the hardest working players I have coached. While McKenna possesses many offensive talents, she has worked very hard to become one of the best defenders in our league. She is a tremendous asset to our pressing style. Playing defense or transitioning to offense out of the press, McKenna gets the job done for our team.”
Best memory playing basketball: Going undefeated in my eighth grade CYO team.
Part of the game I enjoy most: Spending time with my friends.
My role model is:  My grandfather (Poppy)
Music that gets me pumped before games: Anything I can dance to.
Favorite food:  Cheese Steak
Favorite TV show:  Ellen
Chocolate or vanilla:  Chocolate

Continental Conference Millennium Administrators Highlighted Player
Hailey Kaunert – Senior at Souderton Area High School
The senior forward has been sidelined the past two seasons with torn ACLs but has remained a part of the team.

Note from the coach:
“Last season, we anticipated that Hailey would be our sixth man, but unfortunately, she tore her ACL before the season started,” coach Lynn Carroll said. “She worked extremely hard to come back this year and most likely would’ve been one of our starting post players, but she tore the ACL in her other leg last spring.
“Because she has such remarkable character, Hailey has continued to contribute to our program despite the fact that she hasn’t played with us in two seasons. She is easily the most animated person on our bench during games and genuinely wants her teammates to succeed. The way that she has handled herself through adversity over the last two years has been so impressive. She has been a wonderful leader and role model for the other girls in the program, and her coaches are extremely proud of her.”

About Hailey:
Best memory playing basketball:
Scoring my first three-point shot in a SHYBA travel game. I was so happy that I skipped off the court.
Part of the game I enjoy most:  I really enjoy the concept of teamwork and having the support of my teammates through everything that happens.
My role model is: My mom. She is by my side no matter what and is always there for me.
Music that gets me pumped before games:  Country music
Favorite food:  Chipotle burritos and salads
Favorite TV show:  The Office
Chocolate or vanilla:  Vanilla

American Conference Millennium Administrators Highlighted Player
Kelly Graham – Senior at Cheltenham High School

The senior forward is a three-sport athlete who has been part of the program for four years. She earned second team all-league honors in volleyball and is a major contributor on the softball field.
Note from the coach:
“Kelly has matured so much as a person in the four years that I have known her,” coach Brendan Nolan said. “As a player, she is willing to take on any role on the floor. Whether I ask her to trap a point guard or box out the other team’s tallest player, she does it to the best of her ability. She truly leads by example. The leadership that she has exhibited this season has exceeded all expectations, both on and off the court. She does things that most seniors leave to the underclassmen. She makes sure we remember water bottles and makes sure they are full. She will pick up trash if she sees it left behind. Things that I have never asked her to do. She has been completely selfless this year.
“Kelly is one of those kids that gets involved in almost everything. Whenever there is some kind of event taking place at the high school, Kelly is taking part in some way. Kelly makes a coach feel proud that she is a part of your program. She represents the Lady Panthers in a positive way.”
About Kelly:
Best memory playing basketball:
In 2012, during the first round of the state playoffs seeing Ciara Andrews score 10 points in the final 30 seconds to win the game.
Part of the game I enjoy most:  Defense
My role model is:  Jennifer Lawrence
Music that gets me pumped before games: “Stronger” by Kanye West
Favorite food:  Pasta
Favorite TV show:  Chicago Fire
Chocolate or vanilla:  Vanilla
