Matthew Kramer connected on a hat trick to the lead the Ghosts to a win over the Panthers at Hatfield Ice. The Ghosts led this one wire to wire.
Joe Stelacio (Brian Murdoch assist) scored midway through the opening period to give the Ghosts a 1-0 lead at the end of one period. That 1-0 score stood until Kramer turned a Steven Dorn pass into a goal in the closing minutes of the second period.
Quakertown’s William Shaw scored into an empty net on a power play 3:25 into the third period to make it a 2-1 game, but the Ghosts answered with a goal just over a minute later when Kramer scored, using assists from Sam Paulik and Tom Rourke. Owen Adamski (Seamus Donofry/Sean Faye assists) and Kramer (Paulik/Vinny Menniti assists) each scored a goal late in the period for the 5-1 final.
Abington goalie Sam Nemec turned away all 24 shots he faced in a winning performance. Quakertown’s Mathew Krem was credited with 30 saves.

NESHAMINY 5, NORTH PENN 2
Neshaminy took an early lead and never relinquished it on its way to the win at Grundy last Thursday.
Max Gallagher (Ryan DeMatteo assist) put the Redskins on the scoreboard 10:33 into the opening period, and a goal by JJ Hathaway (Gallagher assist) in the closing seconds of the period put Neshaminy on top 2-0 heading into the second period.
North Penn’s Justin Yothers turned a Joseph Silvotti pass into a goal 2:48 into the second period, but Neshaminy’s Daniel McColgan answered with a shorthanded goal, using assists from Nolan Geria and Gallagher. Noah Seewagen’s power play goal (Nolan Geria/Daniel McColgan assists) was followed by a goal from North Penn’s John Stinson (Yothers/Silvotti assists), and Neshaminy took a 4-2 lead into the final period.
Joey Hornung’s goal 12:14 into the final period with a Jack Halloran assist gave Neshaminy its final margin of victory.
Brian Nelson earned the win between the pipes for Neshaminy, turning away 21 of 23 shots. Nicholas Crist kept the Knights in the game, recording 47 saves.

The Falcons owned this one from the outset. Propelled by the five-point game of Shane Siegmund – who had a goal and four assists, Pennsbury scored four goals in each of the three periods. Brendan Macainsh scored three goals and assisted on another in a four-point game.
Macainsh (Siegmund and Justin Marlin assists) scored just over three minutes into the game. A minute later, Logan Doyle scored with an Andrew Falkenstein assist. Macainsh scored his second goal with assists from Marlin and Siegmund, and Dylan Nink’s power play goal – using assists from Reece Millman and Connor Coyne – put the Falcons on top 4-0 after one period.
Souderton’s Carter Povazan connected on a power play goal 3:14 into the second period, using a Sean Ryon assist. Siegmund answered with a goal a minute later, using an assist from Marcus Roberts. Evan Eisler’s goal with a Marlin assist put the Falcons on top 6-1. Souderton’s Timothy Alexander connected on a power play goal with a Liam O’Neill assist 12:47 into the period. Goals by Reese Picker (Millman assist) and Eisler (Siegmund assist) sent the Falcons into the final period with an 8-2 advantage.
The Falcons closed out the game with third period goals by Andrew Falkenstein (Eisler assist), Stephen Grosscup (Macainsh assist), Macainsh (Connor Coyne assist) and Colin Michalak (Siegmund and Jason Fowler assists).
Aaron McDaniel recorded 10 saves in goal for the Falcons, who held a 37-12 advantage in shots.

WISSAHICKON 5, UPPER DUBLIN 1
The Hussa brothers – Danny and Will – both had a hand in three goals, leading the Trojans to the win in last Wednesday’s rivalry game. Will scored two and assisted on a third while Danny scored one and assisted on a pair.
The Cardinals took an early 1-0 lead just over three minutes into the game when Zachary Keenan scored an unassisted goal on a power play. That 1-0 lead stood until 13:41 into the second period when Nolan Pounds connected on the equalizer, using assists from AJ Pounds and Nicholas Bonanni. Less than a minute later, Will Hussa turned a Danny Hussa pass into a goal that gave the Trojans a lead they would not lose.
The Trojans added three more goals in the third period – the first by Danny Hussan with assists from Will Hussa and AJ Pounds. Will Hussa followed with a power play goal, using a Danny Hussa assist. Jaxson Shandler’s power play goal with a Ty Schiff assist closed out the scoring.
Michael Bonanni turned away 35 of 36 shots he faced in a winning effort in goal for the Trojans. UD’s Emmett Kepniss was credited with 39 saves.

The Indians erupted for five goals in the first period, taking a lead they would not lose on their way to the win. Karson Grainey’s hat trick led a balanced Indians’ attack. Jackson Mosley also had a three-point game, contributing a goal and two assists.
Grainey put the Indians on the board 53 seconds into the game, using an assist from Jackson Accardi. Grainey’s unassisted goal just over four minutes into the period put the Indians on top 2-0 before East’s Tyler Godown scored a shorthanded goal with an assist from Nick Young. Lucas Siomos (Ryan Keil assist) scored just over a minute later to give the Indians a 3-1 lead, but Phil McIntyre pulled the Patriots within one, using assists from Stephen DiRugeris and Eric Fral.
Again, the Indians answered – this time with a goal by Jackson Mosley. Corey Kosick (DJ Brown assist) responded with a goal for East, but Drew Borden’s goal in the final minute with a Mosley assist gave the Indians a 5-3 lead after one period.
Grainey completed his hat trick when he converted a penalty shot six minutes into the second period, and then it was Siomos finding the net with a shorthanded goal (Mosley assist). Nick Young’s goal 9:45 into the period gave the Indians their final margin of victory.
Ian Goldberg notched the win in goal for the Indians, stopping 33 shots.

The Rams remained undefeated in the SHSHL Continental, breaking an early 1-1 tie with seven unanswered goals to close out the game.
Cooper White turned a Trey Mikylich pass into a goal 1:07 into the opening period. Nine minutes later, West’s Billy Loughnane (Evan Hee/Zane Sanders assist) found the net with a power play goal to knot the score. Aidan Boyle’s power play goal with assists from Aeryk Lehrhaupt and Dane Fitchett gave the Rams a lead they would not lose. Tyler Manto’s goal in the closing seconds of the period (Kevin Pico assist) put the Rams on top 3-1.
Five minutes into the second period, Andrew Savona scored with assists from Pico and Tyler Manto. Then it was Aeryk Lehrhaupt scoring back-to-back goals – the first shorthanded with an assist from Colin Dachowski and the second with assists from Shane Dachowski and Dane Fitchett to put the Rams on top 6-1.
Third period goals by Pierce McGinley (Josh Kelly assist) and Shane Dachowski (Dane Fitchett/Jack Lowery assists) closed out the scoring.
Ryan Pico stopped 27 of 28 shots he faced in a winning effort in goal. Kyle Fasolak (41 saves) and Liam Rogers (16 saves) combined for 57 saves for the Bucks.

The Golden Hawks were in complete command of last Wednesday’s contest against the Owls from start to finish.
Six minutes into the opening period, Gavin Nisenzon turned a pass from Sam Cherkassky into a goal that turned out to be the game-winner. Just over a minute later Kevin Koles scored with a Julian Wagenmann assist, and then it was David Vergules connecting on an unassisted goal. Koles second goal of the period was assisted by Nisenzon, and the Hawks led 4-0 heading into the second period.
Goals by Wagenmann (Jonah Weston assist), Julian Sarne (Vergules assist), Cherkassky and Blaize Pepe (Shaun Epstein assist) put the Golden Hawks on top 8-0 heading into the final period.
Goals by Nisenzon (Evan Mostoller assist) and Vergules closed out the scoring in the third period.
Carson Lopez was forced to make just saves in the shutout in goal in a contest that saw the Golden Hawks hold a 50-11 advantage in shots.
