Friday, Dec. 1
NORTH PENN 4, COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 2

The Knights opened up a 3-0 lead after one period only to watch the Indians rally with a pair of goals to pull to within one. The Indians would get no closer as North Penn held on for the win.
Cole Pluck put the Knights on the board early in the opening period, using assists from Samuel Norton and Nolan Shingle. Five minutes later, John Stinson added a goal with an assist from Matthew Yothers, and then it was James Boyle connecting for a goal with assists from Samuel Norton and Nolan Shingle.
The second period belonged to the Indians, who received an unassisted goal from Nicholas Hahn and then trimmed the Knights’ lead to one when Ivan Bondra (Nicholas Hahn assist) found the net with a power play goal with 1:44 remaining in the period.
With 4:28 remaining in regulation, the Knights added an insurance goal by Christopher Silvotti IV with a Landon Hostetter assist for the 4-2 final.
Aidan Quigley earned the win in goal, turning away 13 of 15 shots. Ian Goldberg kept the Indians in it with 41 saves in another standout effort in goal.

CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 6, NESHAMINY 1
The Patriots opened up a 4-0 lead on their way to the decisive win. Corey Kosick scored two goals and assisted on two others to lead a balanced Patriot attack.
Jaden Young scored with a Kosick assist to spot the Patriots an early 1-0 lead, and then it was Alex Wilson scoring with assists from David Brown and Corey Kosick. An unassisted goal by David Brown gave the Patriots a 3-0 lead after one period.
Kosick turned a Brown pass into a goal midway through the second period. Brett Fox (Aiden Gaspari assist) put the Redskins on the board with five minutes remaining in the period. Kosick answered with a goal for the Patriots, using assists by Young and Matthew Urena.
Young (Gavin Widmer/Patrick O’Brien assists) closed out the scoring with a goal early in the third period for the 6-1 final.
East held a 54-27 advantage in shots. Cole Breen made 26 saves between the pipes in a winning effort in goal. Aidan Hullings kept the Redskins in the game, turning away 48 shots in goal.

PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 11, ABINGTON 4
The Colonials opened up a 5-0 lead after one period and extended that to 6-0 before the Ghosts rallied to make it a 6-3 game, but that’s as close as they would get. PW was led by the six-point effort of David Branigan, who finished with four goals and two assists.
Branigan had a hat trick in the opening period, scoring a goal with a Blake Ambler assist less than a minute into the game. PW’s second goal by Blake Ambler came just seconds later with assists from Luke Smith and Branigan. Branigan’s second goal midway through the period was assisted by Timothy Murphy and Charles Spause, and his unassisted goal gave the Colonials a 4-0 lead. Isaac Mishkin scored with assists from Spause and Ryan Campbell to put PW on top 5-0.
Mishkin’s second goal early in the second period was followed by three straight goals by the Ghosts – one each from Devin Bates, Jude Large (Owen Adamski assist) and Seamus Donofry (Michael Romano/Devin Bates assists). Branigan and Daniel Guller answered with back-to-back goals to the Colonials, sending PW into the third period with an 8-3 lead.
In the third period, Ambler scored for the Colonials, and then it was Bates finding the net for the Ghosts before Timothy Murphy and Daniel Molony scored back-to-back goals for the Colonials to close out the game.
Julian Lucks recorded 20 saves in a winning effort in goal for PW.

CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 2, PENNSBURY 1

DJ Lindenmuth scored early in the third period breaking a 1-1 tie with a goal that stood as the game-winner in Thursday’s defensive battle. Sean Cutter contributed the assist.
Earlier, Shane Gleisner scored late in the opening period to give Pennsbury a 1-0 lead, using assists from Christopher Sarver and Kevin Derosa.
South’s Keith Waldron evened the score just over two minutes into the second period with assists from Aidan Linso and Jeffrey Kvecher. That 1-1 tie stood until Lindenmuth’s game-winner.
CB South held a 35-26 advantage in shots. South goalie Dominic Varacallo turned away 25 of 26 shots he faced in a winning effort. Pennsbury goalie Aaron McDaniel kept his team in it with 33 saves between the pipes.

Kevin Pico scored two goals and assisted on five others in a seven-point night to lead the Rams to the decisive win.
Shane Dachowski scored back-to-back goals to open the game – the first with a Pico assist and the second with assists from Pico and Nicholas Young. Pico scored with a Colin Dachowski assist, and then it was Shane Dachowski completing his hat trick – once again using assists from Pico and Young. Andrew Savona’s unassisted goal put the Rams on top 5-0 before West’s Zane Sanders scored with a Brandon March assist.
In the second period, a goal by Savona (Colin Dachowski/Pico assists) was followed by back-to-back goals from Nathan McKean – the first with assists from Dhilan Howard and Joshua Kelly and the second with assists from Howard and Savona. The Rams led 8-1 before Sanders scored his second goal of the game with assists from Anthony Dowd and Thomas Schlotter.
The third period belonged to the Rams, who received goals by Shane Dachowski, Nolan Shaw, Colin Dachowski and Pico. Shane Dachowski finished with four goals.
Pennridge held a 47-7 advantage in shots.

Eight different players contributed to the scoring in the Titans no-doubt-about-it win.
DJ Lindenmuth’s power play goal with a Sean Cutter assist two minutes into the contest turned out to be the game-winner. Ryan Montagna, Keith Waldron and Alex Cannon each scored a single goal, and Lindenmuth scored his second goal as the Titans opened up a 5-0 lead after one period. In the second period, Lindenmuth connected on his second power play goal while Colin Mendham had a pair of goals and Joey Slobodrian, Sean Cutter and Montagna each added single goals as the Titans rolled to the mercy rule win.
Titan goalie Nathan Napolitano turned away all 13 shots he faced.

Christopher Sarver connected for a hat trick and had a pair of assists for a five-point game to lead the Falcons. Aaron McDaniel turned away all 23 shots he faced to post the shutout in goal.
Shane Gleisner put the Falcons on the scoreboard with 4:39 remaining in the opening period for a goal that turned out to be the game-winner, using assists from Sarver and Francis DeLucia. A goal by Christopher Sarver with a Jacob Sarver assist put the Falcons on top 2-0 after one period.
Evan Eisler scored the only goal of the second period, using assists from Gleisner and Christopher Sarver. Back-to-back goals by Christopher Sarver to open the third period – the second with a Gleisner assist – put the Falcons on top 5-0. Eisler closed out the scoring with a Stephen Grosscup assist in the closing minutes of the game.
Pennsbury held a 48-23 advantage in shots. Ian Greenberg kept the Indians close with 42 saves in goal.

The Golden Hawks roared out of the starting gate to a 5-0 lead after one period and took a 9-1 lead into the final period when they brought an early end to the game.
Kevin Koles six-point game – one goal and five assists - led the Hawks. Adding five-points game were Illia Mukhin (3 goals, 2 assist) and Jake Weiner (3 goals, 2 assist).
Gavin Nisenzon opened the scoring with a goal less than a minute into the game, using assists from Chase Tovsky and Koles. A pair of goals by Mukhin as well as single goals by Weiner and Jackson Mosley gave the Golden Hawks a five-goal advantage.
Mukhin, Nikita Volobuiev and Weiner opened the third period with back-to-back-to-back goals to put the Golden Hawks on top 8-0. Ethan Cenci (Corey Kosick assist) found the net for the Patriots to break up Rock South’s shutout bid. Weiner closed out the period with a goal for the Hawks.
In the third period, Blaize Pepe and Koles scored in the opening minutes to put the finishing touches on the mercy rule win.
Rock South’s dominance was underscored by its 35-9 advantage in shots. Trevor Rakszawski earned the win in goal, turning away eight of nine shots.

Daniel Hussa scored four goals and added a pair of assists for a six-point game to lead the Trojans to the win.
It was Hussa putting the Trojans on the scoreboard a minute into the contest, using an assist from Joseph Gambino IV. His shorthanded goal midway through the period gave the Trojans a 2-0 lead before Springfield’s Owen Quinn scored late in the period to make it a 2-1 game.
Three straight goals by Jack Raebiger, Benjamin Raebiger and Hussa put the Trojans on top 5-1. Christopher Cahill made it a 5-2 game with a goal for Springfield, but Benjamin Raebiger answered with a goal for the Trojans, who led 6-2 heading into the final period.
Goals by Hussa and Benjamin Raebiger scored in a 20-second span to give the Trojans their 8-2 win.
The Trojans held a 33-26 advantage in shots. Fletcher Lynch earned the win in goal, turning away 24 of 26 shots.

Bensalem took a tenuous 3-2 lead into the third period and then erupted for five goals in the final period to earn the win. Alexander Hood led the Owls’ offensive onslaught, leading all players with four goals and two assists in a six-point night. Lucas Gonzalez spent the night assisting his teammates, finishing with four helpers.
The two teams exchanged goals in the first period with Kevin McGinly (Darius Graziani assist) scoring for HH/UD and Bensalem’s Justin Rapone answering, using a Gonzalez assist.
In the second period the Owls Alex Bazylevich and Hood sandwiched goals around a goal by Graziani.
Back-to-back goals by Bazylevich and Hood to open the third period put the Owls on top 5-2. An unassisted goal by Nathan Nemchinov trimmed Bensalem’s lead to two, but HH/UD would get no closer. Calton Morelli and Hood upped Bensalem’s advantage to 8-3 before Nemchiinov closed out the scoring with a late goal.
Ricky Gonzalez recorded 23 saves to earn the win in goal for Bensalem.
