SOUDERTON 4, NORTH PENN 2
Dan Heilemann scattered four hits and did not walk a batter while fanning six to earn the complete game win in Friday’s SOL Continental Conference game.
The Indians broke a scoreless tie with four runs in the top of the sixth, sparked by RBI singles by Brad Stoltzfus and Blake Gular.
The Knights got two of those runs back in the bottom of the inning when Jared Melone continued his torrid offensive production with a two-run home run.
Kellen Williamson threw five and a third innings for the Knights, allowing three hits and three runs (one earned) while walking two and striking out five. James Witner closed it out for the Knights, allowing two hits and one unearned run while fanning one in one and two-thirds innings of work.
North Penn’s Kris Akins (2-for-2) turned in the only multiple-hit effort on a day that saw the two teams combine for just nine hits.
The win was the third in a row for the suddenly streaking Indians, who improved to 5-3 in league play (7-5 overall). The Knights are also 5-3 in the league (6-5 overall).

QUAKERTOWN 3, LANSDALE CATHOLIC 1
Mark Repsher was impressive in his first start of the 2014 season, notching a complete game victory in the Panthers’ non-league win over the Crusaders. He scattered five hits while allowing just one run, walking two and striking out four.
The Panthers plated all the runs he would need in the first when Torin Martutartus delivered a two-run triple.
The Crusaders cut that lead in half with a run in the top of the fourth, but the Panthers got it back in the bottom of the inning when Applegate, who had four thefts on the day, stole home.
Jake Perrine’s 2-for-3 effort led the Panthers at the plate.

PENNRIDGE 5, CHRISTOPHER DOCK 0
Five Ram hurlers combined to toss a shutout in Friday’s non-league game. Starter Jeff Roedell threw two innings. Tyler Shoultes followed suit and tossed two scoreless frames, earning the win. Joe Molettiere, Tom Nuneviller and Dan Long each threw one scoreless inning to close out the game.
Contributing RBIs for the Rams were Tyler Freed, Shoultes, Eric Wesolowski and Ryan Gordon. Gordon accounted for the Rams’ lone extra base hit – a double.
The Pioneers , who committed a pair of errors, held a 6-4 advantage in hits over the Rams.

CHELTENHAM 10, HATBORO-HORSHAM 5
The Hatters started all five of their seniors – David Brown (2-2, 3 RBI, 2 BB), Collin Fields (0-2, 1 RBI, 1 BB), Brad Humski (0-3, BB, 0.2 IP, 1 pitch double play), Bryan Johnson (3.1 IP, 1 K, 7 R, 6 ER), and Eric Thomas (1-2, 1 RBI, 1 BB) - in Friday’s non-league game at Clifford C. Hendrickson Memorial Field.
Cheltenham starting pitcher James Heaven, who earned the win, took a no-hitter into the sixth inning, although the Hatters had plated a pair of runs in the second. In five innings of work, Heaven allowed two hits and four runs while walking seven and fanning five.
Gabe Hofferman led the Panthers’ 15-hit attack, finishing the day 4-for-5 with a double, RBI and run scored. Mark Heimann was 3-for-4 with a double, three RBIs and one run scored, and Azaan Harris was 3-for-5 with one RBI and two runs.
