The Falcons jumped out to a 5-0 lead at the end of one quarter, upped that lead to 8-0 by halftime and never looked back on their way to their ninth consecutive win without a loss.
Kenneth Warren led the Falcons with two goals and four assists. Josh Caven and Ricky Jutkiewicz both contributed two goals and one assist. Calvin Hopkins added a pair of goals while Shawn Caven had a goal and an assist. Tim Considine, Ryan McDonald and Luke Matthews each scored one goal.
The Falcons held a 37-14 advantage in shots. Drew Sweetland turned away four shots in goal for the Falcons while Rock South’s Tim Bruemmer had eight saves.
Plymouth Whitemarsh 20, Springfield 1
Colin Joka scored six goals while Pat Nolan added three goals and three assists to lead the Colonials. Patrick Kennedy (two assists), Griphin Kelly, Zack Schulman (one assist) and John Walker (two assists) each added a pair of goals. Andrew Cox and Nick Swift both contributed single goals. Jake Silvers and Shane Isett both had an assist.
Nick Barraclaugh scored Springfield’s only goal.
The Colonials led 4-1 at the end of one quarter and extended that lead to 11-1 by halftime on their way to the decisive win.
Hatboro-Horsham 17, Central Bucks West 4
Kevin Sweeney contributed four goals and an assist while teammates Ryan Kreston and Jake Durkin each connected for the hat trick. Both players also had two assists. Eddie Coombs and Brian Ambron both had a pair of goals and one assist. Tim Kurpiel, Robert Nabel (one assist) and Greg Cutilli each added a single goal. Dom DeFazio contributed an assist.
The Hatters (6-3, 4-1 SOL) scored six first-quarter goals in a game that saw them rally around the senior leadership of Dino Vitale and Ryan Mullen.
Wissahickon 16, Upper Moreland 0
The Trojans upped their record to 6-0 in league play (6-3 overall). Jeff Gebert led the way with six goals while Brian Dick (two assists), Nick Lucchesi (one assist), A.J. Anderson, Shane Ziegler and Nick Altomare each had a pair of goals.
Brian Frankenfield spent the day setting up his teammates, handing out seven assists while scoring one goal. Peter Nicolo, Sean Delaney and Ward McMasters each added single goals.
Central Bucks East 11, Central Bucks South 5
It was a 6-5 game after three quarters of Tuesday’s battle between the neighboring schools, but the Patriots outscored the Titans 5-0 in the fourth quarter.
Alex Fetterman led the Patriots with four goals while Brian Urban added the hat trick. Connon McSherry, Rob Ferrall, Brendan Coleman and Parker Self each contributed single goals. Matt Brodzik had a pair of assists while Ferrall, Coleman, Vetter, Reilly and Self each had an assist.
Elfe led the Titans with three goals while Markovic and Dachowski each added single goals. Preston and Buckavan both had an assist.
East goalie Harrison Holak had seven saves. The Patriots improved to 6-0 in the SOL (1-7 overall)
