Quakertown Champs of 2015 Red Rover Invitational Tournament
Quakertown started its season on an impressive note. After finishing second in their pool with a 6-2 record, the Panthers were seeded fourth heading in the playoffs.

The Panthers defeated William Allen 2-0 in a quarterfinal match and following that with a 2-0 win over Council Rock South in the semifinals.

In the title match, Quakertown earned a 2-1 win over Liberty. Senior Dylan Flor, who had 64 kills, was selected to the tournament all-star team. 

“Today’s success was a complete team effort with all players making significant contributions,” coach Andy Snyder said.

Council Rock South advanced to the semifinals of the tournament where the Golden Hawks fell to Quakertown.

Pennridge Impressive at The Black Knight Joust at Hempfield
Pennridge was impressive in its 2015 debt at the Black Night Joust at Hempfield. The Rams were 7-1 in pool play.After defeating Cumberland Valley in the semis, the Rams dropped a close game to Hempfield (#3AAA) in the finals. Pennridge finished the day 11-3.

CR North Boys Volleyball Win Haverford Kickoff Classic
Council Rock North opened its season on a good note, capturing first place in the Haverford Kickoff Classic. The Indians rolled through pool play with a 7-1 record and were seeded second out of six teams heading in the playoffs.

In the semifinals, the Indians edged Emmaus (2-1) and then defeated North Penn in two games in the finals. Josh Hinton was named MVP of the tournament.

North Penn Finishes Second at Haverford Kickoff Classic
The Knights, the fourth-seeded team after pool play, knocked off top-seeded Holy Redeemer in the semifinals before falling to Council Rock North in the title match of the Haverford Kickoff Classic.
