SOL Boys' Volleyball Wrap (4-14-14)

WILLIAM TENNENT 3, ABINGTON 0 (25-10, 25-17, 25-23)

The Panthers received big performances at the net from Brian Ebert (10 kills, four aces) and Jake Milnazik (12 kills). Tom Del Conte (three kills, two blocks) and Josh Ferguson (three kills) also contributed.

NESHAMINY 3, COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 0 (25-15, 25-18, 25-10)
Monday’s win over the Golden Hawks was a team effort by the Redskins, who improved to 8-0 overall (6-0 SOL). Leading the way for the ‘Skins were Ryan Jamison (12 kills) and Chase Fullen (29 assists, seven kills).
Also making contributions were Steve Compton (five kills), Dan Inemer (four kills), Mike Gullan (four kills), Bailey Jones (four kills), Corey Laquay (three kills), JP Fay (six digs) and Pat Klingerman (two aces).

COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 3, BENSALEM 1 (18-25, 25-14, 25-18, 25-10)
Austin Fuglestad (11 kills, 4.5 blocks, one ace), Josh Hinton (11 kills, 1.5 blocks, three digs) and Nick Reich (seven kills, five blocks) led the Indians at the net. Setters Dalton Abrahamsen (28 assists, six digs, one ace) and Logan Fuglestad (10 assists, six digs) also had big nights.
Will Stollsteimer (two kills, seven digs, one block), Sean Lyon (two kills, 1.5 blocks), Will Desautelle (three kills) and Jason Yakimiv (one kill, one block) also contributed.
The Indians (4-3, 3-2 SOL) will host Neshaminy on Wednesday night at 7 p.m.

CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 3, PENNRIDGE (25-21, 25-14, 25-23)
Alex Vellner had 12 kills to lead the Rams at the net. Kolby Smith (seven kills, eight digs) and Henry Savage (six kills, two blocks) also made important contributions. Defensively, the Rams were led by Steve Braun and Devon Rice with nine and eight digs respectively. Setter Brad Nase had 28 assists.
The Rams (6-2) will host Central Bucks East on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
