Boys
ABINGTON 19, PENNSBURY 2
Junior Joey Lomady (four goals, three assists) had a seven-point game to lead the Ghosts. Senior Will Dulin added five goals and one assist for six points while junior Cameron Leech (one goal, four assists) and junior Hunter Jones (two goals, three assists) both had five-point games. Seniors Brian Gallagher and Matt Gormley both contributed three goals and one assist. Junior John Wink had one goal and one assist to close out the scoring for the Ghosts.
Goalies Blake Friedman (five saves) and sophomore Luke Werner (one save) combined for the win in goal. Leading the Ghosts defensively were seniors Christian Werner and Cameron Clearfield and junior Ryan Fetzer.

PENNRIDGE 13, SOUDERTON 12
Revenge was sweet for the Rams when they earned a hard-fought win over the neighboring Indians. Blake Schoenmeier led the Rams with a seven-point night, contributing three goals and four assists. Stephen Puras (four goals), Kyle Fanelli (three goals, one assist) and Sean Fechter all had four-point games. Alex Heimbach had one goal and two assists. Ethan Clemmer and Phillips each had one goal to round out the scoring.
Clemmer was credited with 12 saves in goal.

CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 17, NEW HOPE-SOLEBURY 4
The Bucks led 4-3 after one quarter but blew the non-league game wide open by outscoring the Lions 8-1 in the second quarter to go into halftime with a 12-4 lead. The Lions didn’t score the rest of the way as the Bucks rolled to the big win.
Corey Schott (five goals) and Reece Udinski (three goals, two assists) both had five-point nights to lead the Bucks. Lucas Janos, Will Ross and Jimmy Seykot each had two goals and one assist while Clark Hawes had one goal and two assists. Jason Willis had two goals while Kevin Ernst and Max Campbell both had one assist.
The Bucks held a 39-11 advantage in shots. Mike Harvan (two saves) and Steve Hogan (five saves) combined for the win in goal. West’s Luke Durkin won 12-of-16 faceoffs.

WISSAHICKON 16, UPPER MERION 8
Pat Magdalinski had a big game for the Trojans, contributing five goals and one assist. Brooks Melvin also had a six-point game with two goals and four assists. Jack Shea had a four-point game with three goals and an assist, and Zach Scannapieco connected for a hat trick. Tommy Clements had one goal and one assist while Tyler Zapach and Nate DeGroat each had one goal. John Carrozza added an assist.
For the Vikings, Mike Zadroga had four goals, and Joe Mintzer had three. Tyler Thornton had a goal and an assist, and Nate Shendge chipped in with an assist.
Wissahickon goalie Jack Myers was credited with seven saves while his counterpart, UM's Troy Minnich, had nine saves.

Girls
UPPER MERION 9, UPPER MORELAND 8
Liz Botto had three goals and two assists to lead the Vikings, but offense was just one small part of her game. She also had four draw controls, two caused turnovers and an interception. Julia Reinhert connected for a hat trick. Francesca Lindelow, Anna Davis and Jackie Schauble each scored once. Davis also had a team high three caused turnovers.
Defensively, Gabrielle Struckus had two interceptions, Marion Fortino had one, and Katie Schauble had two caused turnovers.
Upper Merion goalie Jordan Cabahug-Almonte faced 17 shots and had nine saves.

UPPER DUBLIN 15, WEST CHESTER EAST 11
The Flying Cardinals rallied from an 8-7 halftime deficit to outscore East 8-3 in the second half to earn the impressive win.
Taylor D’Ginto (eight goals, four assists) and Julie Cross (four goals, five assists) both had monster games for the Flying Cardinals. Rachel DiFrangia added two goals and three assists, and Shannon Reape added a goal.
Sarah Gallagher had a big game in goal, collecting 14 saves.

SPRING-FORD 11, NORTH PENN 9
Julianna Hill had five goals to lead the Maidens attack in Friday’s non-league contest at Spring-Ford. Ashley Durham added two goals and one assist while Sydney Lear and Kaitlin Suzuki each had one goal. Sophomore goalie Michelle Dyck was credited with 12 saves.

CONWELL EGAN 10, NORRISTOWN 9
Dani Montorello scored the game winner with two minutes remaining to propel Conwell Egan to the dramatic win. Norristown’s Kimmie Bird had nine saves on 18 shots.
