CHELTENHAM 15, UPPER MORELAND 50
Cheltenham defeated Upper Moreland on the girls side (15-50). Upper Moreland's Melody McDonough won the race with a personal all-time best time.
"I saw Mel go past at the mile mark and she looked smooth, strong and focused,” UM coach Doug Smith said. “She made a business decision early in the race and it worked. She has really worked hard and got herself in a position to do well week in and week out."

Taking the top five scoring spots in the race, the Lower Moreland girls defeated an injury-depleted William Tennent squad 15-50. Lion Amelia Ogawa added another first
place finish to her final high school campaign, crossing the line in 18:43.
