CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 8, UPPER DUBLIN 7

Elena Romesburg had another big game for the Bucks, contributing two goals and two assists as well as five ground balls, five draw controls and four caused turnovers.
“She was on a mission and never gave up,” coach Tara Schmucker said. “Molly Naylor had a big save in the last four minutes, and Paige Savard came up with a huge interception in the last minute to keep West on top.
“It was a team effort for West. We still have much to work on, but beating a well-coached team that has had a lot of success will hopefully give the girls a lot of confidence.”

Freshman Bryn Boylan connected for the hat trick while Jacq Fitzgerald added a pair of goals. Elle Ueland added a goal and assist. Amanda Gundlach and Meghan Tillger each had an assist.
For the Flying Cardinals, Taylor D’Ginto had four goals and two assists, and Julie Cross added the hat trick and one assist.
Naylor was credited with six saves for the Bucks while Upper Dublin’s Sarah Gallagher turned away 11 shots.
The Bucks upped their record to 2-0 while the Flying Cardinals are 0-2.

PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 11, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 9
The Colonials opened up a 6-4 halftime lead and went on to earn the two-goal win. Monica Dresnin led the Colonials with four goals while Kirsten Monte had the hat trick. Maddie Berman had two goals, and Morgan Nagy and Rita Trainer each added single goals to close out the scoring. Nagy also had an assist.
For the Titans, Emily Cliggett (one assist), Courtney Dietzel (two assists) and Sarah Poli each had a pair of goals Corrine Kenney, Ali Fischer and Tori Wigand all had one goal.

NESHAMINY 15, ST HUBERT 13
Fran Donato had a huge game for the Redskins, connecting for eight goals to lead her team to the win. Morgan McCormick added the hat trick, and Elena Donato had a pair of goals. Erin Bedesem and Ashly Nicoletti each scored single goals to close out the scoring for the ‘Skins.

DOWNINGTOWN WEST 11, COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 8
Gabi Rosenfeld led the Golden Hawks with four goals while Mollie Sheehy had a pair. Amanda Besselman and Nikki Boyd each scored one goal.

HATBORO-HORSHAM 16, CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 5
Lauren Burrell scored a pair of goals for the Patriots while Betty Wesney (one assist), Maggie Stella and Julia Norek each added single goals. East goalie Alana Rivas faced 28 shots, collecting 12 saves.
