Check out Thursday’s SOL volleyball results.

COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 3, NESHAMINY 0 (25-21, 25-13, 25-21)
The Golden Hawks celebrated Senior Night with a sweep of their archrivals. The win was the second of the season over the Redskins, coming on the heels of a 3-1 win on Sept. 20.
“They had some confidence coming into today’s match,” Rock South coach Kelly Korn said. “I think having the history of beating them gave them confidence.
“I know in talking to Tennent’s coach he said they were much improved, and they took Tennent to four games. I told the girls coming into it, ‘Don’t expect this to be the same team you played before. You have to be on top of your game.’”
The Golden Hawks were on top of their game, and it was a total team effort as two players – Danielle Kazokas and Leanna Keegan – contributed seven kills, and three players – Steph Thomas, Meredith Gilson and Kelly Nicholas – had five kills each. Setter Danielle Brady had 27 assists, three aces and three kills.
“I think this was probably the first time all season that every single person on my team showed up,” Korn said. “I’ve had moments from each of these players, but on any given night, I couldn’t have given stats for five girls, and that was the difference maker.”
For the Redskins, Jen Harisim (nine kills, seven digs, two blocks) and Morgan Oberholtzer (seven kills, 11 digs) led the way. Setter Julia Staub had 19 assists. Molly MacDonald led the defense with 10 digs to go along with two aces. Danielle Catapano had five kills.
In the second set, Redskin coach Kate Livingstone, in attempt to get her team fired up, took a yellow card. Her squad played better in the third set, but the Golden Hawks refused to be denied.
“They played well,” Livingstone said of the Golden Hawks. “They played well against us the last time we played them, and we were scared coming in a little bit. We just didn’t play as well as we have been.
“These are great kids, and it’s hard to see them lose confidence in themselves because they’re amazing people.”

CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 3, CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 1 (25-21, 25-21, 7-25, 25-22)
The Titans celebrated their Senior Night by knocking the Continental Conference champion Bucks from the ranks of the undefeated on Thursday night.
"It was the first match this year that we won decisively against a top 15 team in the district," coach Ulana Keer said. "It has been an arduous journey getting the girls to believe in themselves and each other.
"My five seniors - Abby Mummert, Heather Kobrzynski, Lauren Wise, Ally Horvath and Jess Berton - played the most amazing volleyball. My underclassmen - Cecelia Miller, Jax Babezki, Madi Conroy and Larissa Keer - stepped up to assist in every way they could."
Mummert (14 kills), Babezki (16 kills, six solo blocks) and Lauren Wise (eight kills, four blocks) had big nights. Conroy was credited with 40 assists. Kobrzynski had a huge night at the service line, serving for 15 points which helped the Titans rally from a 13-5 deficit to win the fourth set.
"Games one and two were excellent volleyball from both teams, fighting tooth and nail for every point," Keer said. "In the third game, we had a mental letdown as we are figuring out how to handle match play and how to play longer matches as the season progresses.
"West stepped it up. (Setter) Madi Conroy kept a level head and never gave up leading her team and encouraging her teammates with every set and every touch. Ceceilia Miller served and played consistent defense with Larissa Keer."
The Bucks were led by Maddie Klun (13 kills, six aces, five blocks). Also contributing were Rachel Baker (nine kills, one ace, three digs, one block), Alicia West (seven kills, four aces, six digs), Courtney King (two aces, two kills, four digs) and Jess West (29 assists, eight digs).
