CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 3, CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 1 (25-20, 21-25, 25-23, 25-21)
The Titans earned the hard-fought win over a West squad that had swept the Titans in an early season meeting.
"Wow, what a great match tonight!" said CB South Head Coach Kurt Godfrey. "Our girls played their hearts out tonight.  I am so proud of them!
“West is a really good team and we battled in every set tonight.  Each set had about 10 lead changes in it, and it made for an intense match.  They really make you pay if you give them a free ball.  Our defense was relentless tonight, and the spectacular play from Lindsay (VanFossen), Alyssa (Dallmer) and Maddie (Mauri) were what made the difference for us.  Simply the best they've played all season long."
Dallmer finished the night with 21 digs to go along with nine kills and three blocks. VanFossen had 22 digs and one assist. Isabel Miller added nine digs, seven kills and four aces. Sophomore setter Lizzie Shirley had 16 assists and six digs, and Maddy Morrow added nine kills and nine digs. Julia Dennis had eight kills and three blocks.
“Lizzie (Shirley) and Kelly (Danyluk) were absolutely phenomenal for us tonight, and I cannot tell you how important they are to our success,” Godfrey said. “They spread the ball around so perfectly tonight and got all of our hitters involved.  I think each hitter had roughly the same amount of kills tonight.  It was a total team effort.  Isabel Miller had a stunning night from the service line and her play at the net made her a force tonight! I am so proud of her! I am so proud of all our girls.
"We have a tough and emotional schedule next week so it was really nice to cap off this week with a huge win! I cannot tell you enough just how proud I am of all girls tonight... they dug deep and battled to beat an inter-district rival tonight! They earned this win!"
