SOL National Conference

CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 3, PENNSBURY 2 (17-25, 25-22, 22-25, 25-16, 15-12)
The Patriots played the role of spoiler, rallying from a 2-1 deficit and knocking off a Falcon team that needed a win to capture a share of the conference crown.
“This is a game that I will always remember,” East coach Kerri Rabberman said. “We didn't have the strongest start, but the girls ended up turning on a switch and powered through the rest of the match.
“Pennsbury is always such a talented program year in and year out which makes this so special, I respect them and how they are coached as well.”
Rabberman credited the standout performance of Jenn Krzeminski.

“Jenn Krzeminski was absolutely unbelievable at the net with 10 blocks, 18 kills, two aces and 11 digs,” the Patriots’ coach said.
Anna Ritter had 42 assists, two aces, two kills and 13 digs. Vivien Agassi had one ace and 10 kills. Halle Sharp added eight kills and five digs while Morgan D'Angelo led the defense with 28 digs. Maddy Lacouture had two blocks and five kills, and Izzy Guzzi had four kills and two blocks. Chloe Mettille had 16 digs, and Abby Killough had 10 kills.
This was a great way to end our regular season especially with such a tough conference,” Rabberman said. “I am so proud of my team.”
For the Falcons, Izzy Marinelli (20 kills, two digs), Elley Torres (16 kills, six aces, 14 digs) and Brooke Burns (13 kills, three aces, 14 digs) all had big nights at the net. Abbie Drewes had 15 digs and one kill. Ashley Parry added nine digs three aces and one kill. Setter Carissa Van Veen had 42 assists, 15 digs, one ace and one kill.

Non-league
CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 3, PENNRIDGE 1 (25-20, 11-25, 25-19, 26-24)
The Titans notched a hard-fought win over the Rams in a spirited non-league match.
"I am incredibly proud of all my girls tonight,” coach Kurt Godfey said. “Pennridge is a great team and really well coached.  All the girls, from both teams, know each other really well from the club season and its always exciting to play each other. They really made us fight for all of our points tonight.”
Sophomore outside hitter Courtney Pohl had 14 kills and two digs, and junior setter Lizzie Shirley had 30 assists, 10 digs and two aces. Senior outside Maddy Morrow had four kills and 13 digs, and freshman middle Millie Grove had eight kills. Senior defensive specialist Maddie Mauri had 15 digs, and junior defensive specialist Ashley Scott had nine. Junior defensive specialist McKenna Clow added six digs, and junior middle Allie Burke had eight blocks and four kills.
“Courtney Pohl was huge for us tonight at the net and our defenders were buzzing around all night,” Godfrey said. “Maddie, Ashley and McKenna did an incredible job for us and will definitely have a ton of bruises from diving all over the place. 
“Maddy Morrow had a great night from the service line and added a great defensive effort too!  It was just an all around victory tonight, everyone played a part at different points! I am really proud of them!"

MOUNT ST. JOSEPH 3, CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 2 (25-21, 25-20, 22-25, 21-25, 15-12)
It was a good new bad news night for the Bucks. The bad new was they dropped a hard-fought match to the Magic. The good news, which far outweighed the bad, was that West – thanks to CB East’s five-set win over Pennsbury – captured sole possession of the SOL National title.
In Thursday’s match, Mackenzie Brooks turned in an impressive double-double with 22 kills and 12 digs. Amanda Mass added 11 kills, two blocks and four digs, and Naomi Woo had eight kills and three blocks. Juliana Stumpf contributed six kills and 24 digs. Setter Ana Claricurzio had 46 assists, two aces, one kill, one block and nine digs). Magda Videva added two kills and one block. Maggie Winderman had a big night defensively, finishing with 20 kills and one ace. Maggie McCusker had three aces and six digs.
