The Indians rolled to a sweep of the Lady Panthers in non-league action Friday.
Alexa Mazzeo led a strong service game with eight aces to go along with six digs. McKenna Murawski paced the attack with 11 kills and one dig. Grace Boyd had seven assists, two aces and one dig while Lauren Vince added five aces, two kills and one dig.
Souderton (1-0) will host North Penn on Tuesday.
CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 3, MERION MERCY 0 (25-22, 25-14, 25-28)
The Bucks notched an impressive sweep in non-league action Friday.
Alexis Barklage led the Bucks’ attack with 14 kills, two aces and four digs. Presley Adams led the Bucks from the service line with seven aces to go along with one kill and four digs. Rachel Hu’s 13 digs led the defense. She also had three kills and one ace. Erin Kremser (18 assists, 3 digs) and Elisa Ferello (13 assists, 2 kills) shared setting duties. Also making important contributions were Caroline Taylor (8 kills, 4 aces, 1 kills), Lily Rasnake (5 kills, 1 block) and Hollis Walton (4 kills, 1 block).
Central Bucks West (3-1) will travel to North Penn on Wednesday.
