Zach Bennett contributed two goals and two assists, and teammate Josh Robinson had one goal and two assists to lead the Tigers to the win. Christian Morlando was perfect in goal, turning away all 27 shots he faced in a shutout.
The Tigers seized control of the game early, using a pair of goals from both Zach Bennett and Justin Vickery to go on top 4-0 in the first period. Third period goals by Josh Robinson and Kyle Bennett closed out the scoring.

NORTH PENN 9, PENNSBURY 0
The Knights exploded for six first period goals on their way to the shutout win. John Roberts turned away 17 shots in goal. Matthew Stella had a six-point night to lead the Knights, which included four goals and two assists.
Stella connected for all four of his goals in the first period while John Roberts and Nick Capasso both added single goals. Jeremy Snyder scored a pair of goals in the second period with Alex Peterson adding a single goal to close out the scoring. All three goals in the second period were shorthanded.

COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 10, LANSDALE CATHOLIC 2
Jason Brockman (four goals, one assist) and Steven Bollendorf (one goal, four assists) both had five-point nights to lead the Golden Hawks.
Justin Adams, Alex Keck, Jason Brockman and Karl Martin scored consecutive goals to spot the Golden Hawks a 4-0 lead less than seven minutes into the game. John Volpe cut that lead in half with back-to-back goals to close out the period, but Rock South owned the second period, scoring four consecutive goals to seize control of the game.
The Golden Hawks held a 55-18 advantage in shots. LC’s Helen Cooney turned away 45 shots while Rock South’s Andrew Stone had 16 saves.

NESHAMINY 5, ARCHBISHOP WOOD 3
Eric Graham scored all five of Neshaminy’s goals while goalie Matt Sheley turned away 38 of 41 shots he faced to lead the Redskins to the win.
Graham scored back-to-back goals in the opening 7:18 to spot the Redskins a 2-0 lead before Wood’s Nick Patton scored to trim that lead to 2-1. Another Graham goal made it a 3-1 game at the end of one period. Graham’s fourth goal made it a 4-2 game at the end of two periods. Goals by Nick Patton and Tim Cordero trimmed the Redskins’ lead to 4-3 less than six minutes into the third period. Neither team scored the rest of the way until Graham scored an empty net goal in the game’s closing minute.

Luke Honorowski scored four goals and contributed an assist while Matt Vervlied added the hat trick to lead the Trojans.
A pair of Vervlied goals as well as a shorthanded goal by Honorowski propelled the Trojans to a 3-0 lead at the end of one period. The Colonials made things interesting with goals by Luke Brzozowski and Jonathan Isely, trimming Wissahickon’s lead to 3-2. Honorowski scored in the closing minutes to make it a 4-2 game. Four straight Trojan goals to open the fourth quarter put the game out of reach.

Kyle McQuillan turned away 29 of 30 shots he faced in goal to lead the Indians to the win in a low-scoring game.
The Indians scored all the goals McQuillan would need in the first period, thanks to goals by Joe Rutkowski and Tristan Wieczorek. The Indians took just two shots in the period while the Rams did not take a shot. A goal by Pennridge’s Troy Crosson in the second period made it a 2-1 game. Weiczorek added an empty net goal for the Indians in the third period.

Josh Robinson scored two goals and contributed a pair of assists, and teammate Mike Roarty added four assists to lead the Tigers. Alex DeCristofano had two goals and one assist to lead Abington.
Zach Bennett and Justin Vickery each scored a goal to put the Tigers on top 2-0 at the end of one period. Goals by Robinson and Bennett gave the Tigers a 4-0 lead before DeCristofano responded with back-to-back goals to make it a 4-2 game. Vickery and Ross Koenig closed out the period with goals to put Truman on top 6-2. The Ghosts never threatened the rest of the way.
