PENNSBURY 5, NESHAMINY 3
The Falcons continued their impressive early-season surge, breaking a 1-1 tie with a pair of goals in the second period on their way to their fourth win without a loss.
The two teams exchanged goals in the first period with Kyle Cordisco scoring an unassisted goal to put the ‘Skins on the board only to watch Pennsbury’s Jack Kelly (Craig Meschel assist) answer with the equalizer two minutes later.
Kelly broke the 1-1 tie with a goal 7:54 into the second period, using a Luke Ledes assist, and Cameron Polo’s goal, this one with a Kelly assist, sent the Falcons into the final period with a 3-1 lead.
Kelly led the Falcons with two goals and an assist while Meschel had a goal and an assist and Ledes had two assists. Cordisco had a pair of goals to lead the Redskins.

WILLIAM TENNENT 10, ARCHBISHOP WOOD 1
Thirteen players had a hand in Tennent’s 10 goals with Mike Padgeon leading the balanced attack with three goals and two assists. Chris Kreider added three assists, and Andrew Bean had two goals and an assist while Alec Dugan had a goal and two assists.
Sherwood scored 72 seconds into the game with assists from Jack McKeever and John Dern, and the Panthers were off and running. By the time Sherwood scored his second goal of the game – this one shorthanded – just over seven minutes into the game, the Panthers led 5-0. The Vikings never threatened.

CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 2, CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 2
In a classic battle between the neighboring rivals, the Bucks used a goal by Shawn Philipps early in the third period to knot the score 2-2. Neither team scored the rest of the way in a game dominated by the respective defenses.
East goalie Evan Angotti was credited with 42 saves while his counterpart, West’s Jonah Brous, had 33 saves.
East broke a scoreless tie 2:42 into the second period, thanks to a goal by Gary Palmer (Harry Durr assist).  Luke McCleerey answered with a goal for the Bucks, using an Eddie Shields assist, but just over a minute later, East’s Nick Chimeria (Austin Chase assist) connected for the go-ahead goal for the Patriots. John McCreadie had an assist on Phillipps equalizer 1:14 into the final period.

PENNRIDGE 7, SOUDERTON 2
Aaron Crosson had a huge night, contributing three goals and two assists, while Troy Crosson added a goal and two assists, and the Indians had no answer for the Crossons.
Troy Crosson turned an Aaron Crosson pass into a goal 4:25 into the opening period. Josh Reeves scored an unassisted goal to knot the score, but Joshua Finlayson scored back-to-back goals to close out the period, giving the Rams a 3-1 lead. TJ Weisbecker assisted on both goals.
Aaron Crosson (Troy Crosson assist) scored the only goal of the second period to up the Rams’ lead to 4-1. Pennridge opened up a 6-1 lead before Reeves scored his second goal of the night. Aaron Crosson closed out a big night with a goal in the closing minute of the final period.
Pennridge held a 30-19 lead in shots. Ram goalie Mike Weaver turned away 17 of 19 shots he faced.

HATBORO-HORSHAM 3, UPPER MORELAND 1
The Hatters are making their presence felt in their return to the American Conference after not fielding an SHSHL team last year, scoring a single goal in each period on their way to another conference win.
Ryan Sharp scored an unassisted goal midway through the first period, and the Hatters led 2-0 when Charlie Yutkowitz (John Aleksiejczyk assist) scored late in the second period. They upped that lead to 3-0 after a goal by Jimmy Kuhno (Eric Wrenn assist) before Upper Moreland’s Nick Park (Jake Park assist) scored in the game’s final minute.
Hatboro goalie Ryan McElroy turned away 19 of 20 shots he faced while Upper Moreland’s Patrick Beissel had 30 saves.

The Trojans connected on their first three shots of the game and led 3-0 just over a minute into the game between the neighboring rivals. They went on to open up a 6-0 lead before the Flying Cardinals scored a pair of goals to close out the opening period.
Andrew Cade led the balanced attack with two goals and two assists while Jacob Segelbaum, Edward Burkart and Brandon Rosoff each added a goal and two assists. Luke Zachy led the Cardinals with two goals and one assist.
