NESHAMINY 9, HARRY S TRUMAN 2
Ian Dixon scored two goals and added a pair of assists to lead a balanced Redskin attack. Goalie Matt Lucas turned away 31 of 33 shots he faced to lead the defense.
Mike Maher (Blaze Gerenda assist) put the ‘Skins on the scoreboard just over a minute into the game, but Truman’s Kyle Bennett answered with the equalizer, using a Zachary Bennett assist. An unassisted goal by Dixon put the Redskins on top 2-1, but Kyle Bennett had an immediate answer, knotting the score with assists from Michael Roarty and Zachary Bennett.
The ‘Skins closed out the opening period with goals by Anthony Sabatini (Dixon assist) and Gerenda (Maher assist) to go on top 4-2.
Second period goals by Antonio Alicea (Dixon assist) and Daulton O’Neill-Stevens (Mark Hullings assist) sent the Redskins into the final period with a 6-2 lead. The Tigers never threatened.
The Redskins held a 33-31 advantage in shots.

COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 5, NORTH PENN 3
It was a team effort for the Indians in Thursday’s win over the Knights. Joe Rutkowski (Colton Snow) scored late in the first period to give the Indians a 1-0 lead heading into the second period.
Spencer Silver’s unassisted goal midway through the second period knotted the score, but an unassisted goal by Snow gave the Indians a 2-1 lead at the end of two periods.
North Penn came back to knot the score 2-2 on a goal by Andrew Galetta (Silver assist) two minutes into the second period. Rock North responded with three unanswered goals. Johnny Vanni connected on a power play goal, using a Daniel Guest assist. Then it was Guest connecting on a goal, using assists from Vanni and Cavan Tully. Rutkowski (Andrew Speeney assist) capped the three-goal run to put the Indians on top 5-2 before North Penn’s Jake Burns scored with assists from Michael Raimo and Jared Barkley for the 5-3 final.
The Indians held a 31-22 advantage in shots. Rock North goalie Andy Cicconi had 19 saves while North Penn’s Caleb Floyd saved 26 of 31 shots.

PENNSBURY 12, ABINGTON 4
Led by the five-point effort of Jack Kelly, the Falcons exploded for 12 goals in a lopsided win. Luke Ledes connected for the hat trick and also had an assist while Kevin Koerner added a goal and two assists.
Ledes (Koerner/Jack Kelly assists) put the Falcons on the scoreboard early, but Abington’s Chris Shannon knotted the score with a power play goal, using assists from Justin Adamaski Jr and Thomas Carroll. The rest of the period belonged to the Falcons, who reeled off five straight goals in a five-minute span to close out the period. The scoring explosion began with a goal by Adam Bench (Ryan Michael assist), and then it was Michael finding the net (Adam Shapiro assist). Goals by Koerner (Ledes/Kelly assists), Kelly and Nathan Raccagno (Shapiro/Craig Meschel assists) gave the Falcons a 6-1 lead to close out the period.
The Ghosts made things interesting with three straight goals to open the second period. Ryan Woelbl (Elliot Leporati assist), Alex DeCristofano (Woelbl/Leporati assists) and Thomas Panella (Tom Reichelt) each scored single goals to make it a 6-4 game midway through the period. The Falcons closed out the period with four unanswered goals and added a pair in the third period.
Pennsbury held a 29-21 advantage in shots.

CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 3, CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 3
In yet another classic battle between the neighboring rivals, the Patriots used a late goal by Jake Davis to knot the score, forcing the Bucks to settle for a 3-3 tie.
The Patriots took a 2-0 lead after one period, thanks to goals by Brennan Kolar (Luke Rossi assist) and Bryan McIntosh (Jordan Muchnick/Nick Chimeria assists).
West got one of those goals back when Joe Anton connected on a power play goal (Eric Schwass/Ryan Trefz assists).
Goals by West’s Dalton Karl and Scotty Cappuccio, both with assists from Patrick Smith, gave the Bucks a 3-2 lead four minutes into the third period, but Davis (Austin Chase assist) got that goal back  for the Patriots 13:48 into the period.
West goalie Jonah Brous turned away 33 of 36 shots he faced while East’s Steve Gilchrist made 30 stops on 33 shots.

Jake Park had a goal and two assists to lead a balanced Golden Bear attack while goalie Patrick Beissel turned away 38 shots to spark the defense on a night that saw the Colonials hold a 42-20 advantage in shots.
Nick Park (Colin Burch assist) put the Golden Bears on the scoreboard 15 seconds into the game. PW’s Kevin Lawrence knotted the score with a power play goal, using a Steven Fandozzi assist. Goals by Jake Park and Mykel Courduff (Jake Park assist) sent the Bears into the second period with a 3-1 lead.
PW came back to knot the score in the second period, using goals by Andrew Fisher (Christopher Zawislak assist) and Zawislak (Kevin Lawrence assist).
The Colonials took a 4-3 lead on a goal by Skyler Goldstein (Zawislak/Bo Flint assists) 2:45 into the final period, but the Golden Bears answered with back-to-back goals by Dylan Cossaboone (Matthew Fritz/Jake Park assists) and Colin Burch (Nick Park assist) to earn the hard fought win.
