PENNRIDGE 8, ABINGTON 4
Aaron Crosson connected for the hat trick and also had an assist, and teammate Jake Wexler contributed a goal and two assists to lead the Rams to the win.
Crosson put the Rams on the scoreboard with a goal just 1:45 into the game. Less than a minute later, Abington’s Nicholas Scipione connected for a goal to knot the score. A pair of power play goals – the first by Joey Finlayson and the second by Troy Crosson – gave the Rams a 4-2 lead at the end of one period.
A power play goal by Aaron Crosson in the opening minute of the second period upped the Rams’ lead to three, and after Jake Wexler scored, the Rams led 6-2 just over five minutes into the period. The Ghosts made things interesting with goals by James Campbell, Scipione and Thomas Carroll to make it a 6-5 game heading into the final period.
Joshua Finlayson scored an unassisted goal five minutes into the period, and goals by Aaron Crosson and Finlayson closed out the scoring.
The Ghosts held a 30-20 advantage in shots, but goalie Steven Wilms turned away 26 shots for the Rams.

WILLIAM TENNENT 3, NESHAMINY 3
The Panthers scored a pair of late goals, rallying from a 3-1 deficit to knot the score. The Redskins led 3-1 after Nick Sabatini scored 23 seconds into the final period, but PJ Partington (Danny Gatto/Michael Carrelli assists) scored just under three minutes into the third period to make it a 3-2 game. Mike Padgeon connected on a power play goal (Alec Dugan assist) with just over two minutes remaining to knot the score.
Early on, the Redskins led 1-0 at the end of one period, thanks to a goal by Mark Hullings. Alec Dugan knotted the score nine minutes into the second period. Ian Dixon put the ‘Skins on top 2-1 with a goal late in the second period, setting the stage for the Panthers’ late-game heroics.

ARCHBISHOP WOOD 5, HARRY S TRUMAN 5
Truman and Wood found themselves locked in a real battle. Truman used a late goal by Mike Roarty (Josh Robinson assist) to knot the score with less than a minute remaining in the third period.
Ryan Meinke (two goals, one assist), Matt Mandes (one goal, two assists) and Nick Patton (three assists) led the Vikings, who also received a lift from goalie Nick DeRosa (30 saves). Zach Bennett (two goals, one assist) and Josh Robinson (one goal, two assists) both had three-point nights for the Tigers.
Truman led 2-0 after early goals by Billy Keyser and Zach Bennett. Meinke cut that lead in half with a goal late in the first period. Wood took a 3-2 lead after goals by Jonathan Rosica and Meinke in the opening minutes of the second period. Bennett scored the equalizer to send the two teams into the final period deadlocked 3-3.
Brett Katzianer put the Vikings on top 4-3, but Josh Robinson knotted the score with a power play goal. Mandes gave Wood a 5-4 lead only to watch Roarty knot the score.

PENNSBURY 5, COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 2
The Falcons exploded for three goals in the third period, breaking a 2-2 tie and earning the win. Adam Shapiro, Craig Meschel (power play) and Eric Michael scored consecutive goals for the Falcons.
Earlier, Mark Tosti scored early in the first period, but Eric Michael and Tommy Hynes answered, sending the Falcons into the second period with a 2-1 lead. Rock North’s Justin Fricke scored an unassisted goal to send the two teams into the third period deadlocked 2-2.
