PENNSBURY 4, ROMAN CATHOLIC 0
The Falcons’ defense posted a shutout in Friday’s non-league contest. Goalie August Dous turned away all 18 shots he faced, and the Falcons scored the only goal he would need five minutes into the game when Ryan Michael turned a Kevin Koerner pass into a goal.
In the second period Luke Ledes connected on a power play goal, using assists from Ryan Mudrick and Koener. For good measure, the Falcons tacked on a pair of goals in the third period, both by Koerner – the first on a power play and both with assists from Jack Kelly and Ledes.
