PENNSBURY 6, COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 4
The Falcons opened up a 3-1 lead after one quarter, and after the Indians made it a one-goal game, they answered with three straight goals to open the fourth quarter, opening up a 6-2 lead on their way to the important win.
Jack Kelly led a balanced attack with two goals and two assists for four points while Kevin Koerner had a three-point night for the Falcons with two goals and one assist.
It was Kelly scoring an unassisted shorthanded goal to put the Falcons on the scoreboard, but the Indians had an immediate answer, knotting the score on a power play goal by Dante Rienzi (Zach Herman assist). The rest of the period belonged to the Falcons who used goals by Mike Tarasiewicz (John Bezilla assist) and Koener (Luke Ledes/Kelly assists) to go into the second period with a 3-1 lead.
A goal by Rock North’s Daniel Guest (Colton Snow/Robbie Doroshow assists) made it a 3-2 game after two periods, but goals by Kelly and Nathan Raccagno gave the Falcons a four-goal advantage. Power play goals by Andrew Speeney and Cavan Tully in the game’s final moments made it a two-goal game.
The Falcons held a lopsided 42-23 advantage in shots, an advantage that was negated by the 36-save effort of Any Cicconi. Trevor Schadler had 19 saves in the win.

NESHAMINY 3, ABINGTON 2
The Redskins eked out a win over the Ghosts in a tightly contested conference battle. Neither team scored in the opening period, but Ian Dixon (Nick Foster assist) and Anthony Sabatini scored back-to-back goals in the second period to spot the Redskins a 2-0 lead.
Abington’s Alex DeCristofano (Brian Scipione assist) scored to cut that lead in half after two periods (2-1). Antonio Alicea (Mark Hullings/Nick Foster assists) scored to give the Redskins a 3-1 lead, but Abington’s Aidan Smith (Scipione/Thomas Carroll assists) answered with a goal. The Ghosts would get no closer as the ‘Skins held on for the win.

NORTH PENN 10, SOUDERTON 5
The Indians scored a season-high five goals, but the Knights still doubled them up, putting 10 goals on the scoreboard. Alex Peterson (two goals, five assists) and Jake Heckenberger (five goals, two assists) both finished with seven-point nights to lead North Penn while Derek Heckler added a five-point night with two goals and three assists.
Gabe Evans led the Indians with a goal and two assists.
Alex Peterson (Heckenberger/Heckler assists) put the Knights on the scoreboard early, but Souderton’s Josh Reeves scored a power play goal, using an Evans assist, and the Indians led 2-1 after one period, thanks to an unassisted goal by Evans late in the period.
Back-to-back goals by Heckenberger to open the second period put the Knights on top 3-2, and they had a two-goal advantage after Jaime Green (Ryan Nowicki assist) found the net. Souderton once again responded. This time it was Justin Goshow scoring a power play goal (Nick Mancaruso assist), and Tyler Johnson (Minnick Miles/Evans assists) connecting with the equalizer 5:19 into the period. The Knights closed out the period with back-to-back Henenberger goals to take a 6-4 lead into a final period that belonged to the Knights, who reeled off four straight goals before Tyler Johnson scored a shorthanded goal late in the period to close out the scoring.
The Knights held a 41-28 advantage in shots.

HATBORO-HORSHAM 11, UPPER MORELAND 5
Zach Aubry led the Hatters high-powered offense with a five-points night, contributing three goals and two assists, and Jacob Mueller connected for the hat trick. Upper Moreland was led by the three-point effort of Nick Park, who had three assists.
Matthew Fritz (Park assist) spotted the Golden Bears an early 1-0 lead, but back-to-back Aubry goals to close out the period gave the Hatters a 2-1 lead. Colin Burch scored the equalizer 3:27 into the second period only to what the Hatters reel off three straight goals – two by Max Thalheimer and one from Mueller – to go on top 5-2. Another Burch goal made it a 5-3 game, but Mueller and Zubry answered with back-to-back goals to put the Hatters on top 7-3. Another Fritz goal made it a 7-4 game after three periods.
The Hatters opened the third period with three straight goals – one each from Charlie Yutkowitz, Jordan Brenner and Ryan Sharp – to seize complete control of the game as they coasted to the Senior Night win.

HARRY S TRUMAN 13, UPPER DUBLIN 9
Zachary Bennett had himself a night on Thursday, scoring four goals and handing out six assists to finish with 10 points. He wasn’t the only Tiger to come up big. Michael Roarty had a six-point night, contributing three goals and three assists, while teammates Codey Gordon (two goals, three assists) and Kyle Bennett (one goal, four assists) both had five-point nights.
Luke Zachy had a seven-point night to lead the Cardinals, finishing with five goals and two assists.
There were early signs that this would be a high-scoring affair when the Tigers reeled off three straight goals to open the game – Ross Koenig had a pair and Zachary Bennett had a single goal. Upper Dublin answered with a 3-1 run of its own to make it a 4-3 game. A goal by Zachary Bennett sent the Tigers into the second period with a 5-3 lead.
The teams exchanged goals in the period, and it was an 8-6 game after two periods. Zachy scored early in the third period to make it a one-goal game, but Kyle Bennett connected to spark a 5-0 Truman tear that was capped by a James Johnson goal to effectively put the game out of reach.
