Paul Goerlich – East Stroudsburg University (Football)
Major:  Business Management/Entrepreneurship
Final list of colleges:  ESU, Stetson University, University of Mount Union, University of St. Francis
Reasons for choosing ESU:  “It’s like when you’re buying your first home and you know that home is right for you.”
What was the progression that led you to playing collegiate football?  “I started thinking about playing football in college back in fourth grade when I started playing Pop Warner football for the Abington Raiders. Recruiting started during my sophomore year and really picked up at the end of my junior year.”
Coach Tim Sorber says:  “Paul did a great job for us this past season as a two-way player at defensive end and tight end. Paul made a lot of key stops on defense, and his blocking at tight end helped Craig Reynolds rush for over 2000 yards.  Paul is a player in college that has the athleticism to play a lot of different positions at East Stroud.”
About Paul:
Favorite food:
“My mom’s chicken lasagna.”
Favorite movie:  The Avengers
Favorite music:  Hard Rock

Craig Reynolds – Kutztown University (Football)
Coach Tim Sorber says:
“Craig went from a good running back in his junior year to becoming one of Abington Ghosts football’s all-time best in his senior year.  The credit goes to Craig because it did not happen through luck but because of his hard work, desire, and commitment.  Craig will leave Abington as one of the best to play here, and I have a great feeling that he will graduate from Kutztown and be known as one of the best ever to play there too.”

Khari Jefferson - Albright College (Football)
Coach Tim Sorber says: “Khari is a prime example of how a player who keeps working hard and stays patient can develop into a excellent player.  Khari did not play much his sophomore and junior year, and I believe in the Council Rock North game really developed into a tremendous threat at the wide receiver and in turn helped our running game because of it.  His touchdown catch with 39 seconds to play in the second round of the District One playoffs vs. Garnet Valley is a catch I will always remember.”

Andrew Sykes – Florida International University (Football)
(Andrew Sykes received a large academic scholarship to attend Florida International University and will walk-on their football program in the spring.)
