Shane Early – Albright College (Lacrosse)

Accounting/Finance/Economics
Reasons for choosing Albright:  “I wasn’t really considering any other schools for lacrosse. I was considering going to Temple or South Carolina, but I really want to play lacrosse in college, and they were really helpful in the process and made it feel like home. I really wanted to go there.”
What was the progression that led you to competing in lacrosse at the collegiate level?  “I’ve always wanted to play lacrosse in college. Albright e-mailed, and I went to visit the campus, and it just made me want to play lacrosse more than I did before and made me change my mind about going to a school without playing lacrosse.”
Coach Matt Coverdale says:  “Shane is a physically strong midfielder. He can play both ways offensively and defensively on the field. He’s one of the strongest shooters on the entire team. He’s an offensive presence for us in the midfield.”
