On Tuesday, May 23, 2023, Central Bucks West senior Sarah Miller was recognized for committing to continue her volleyball career at Bloomsburg University.

Reasons for choosing Bloomsburg: “As soon as I walked on the campus, it felt like home, and it was the first school to give me an offer. I thought the campus was really pretty, and I was digging it.”
What was the progression that led you to competing in volleyball at the collegiate level? “I always loved playing in high school, and I got really competitive. I started getting a good amount of playing time, and I knew that’s what I wanted to continue with since I made a lot of progress throughout the years.”
Coach Todd Miller says: “Sarah was diverse – we could put her anywhere. She hit middle, she hit outside, she hit opposite. She’s a person that wherever you put her in, it was full bore – head and heart engagement, all her effort and energy into whatever she was doing, which really spoke to her as an individual. She always cheered for her teammates, she has a great heart, and she’s enthusiastic and hardworking.”
