Antonio Mumford – Delaware Valley University (Football)
Major:
Criminal Justice
Final list of colleges:  Delaware Valley, Wesley, Widener
Reasons for choosing Delaware Valley:  “I chose Delaware Valley because my mom really liked it, and it had my major.”
What was the progression that led you to competing in football at the collegiate level?  “I always had the mindset of playing in college, but it never really became possible until my junior year when I got more playing time and in my senior year this year when I played a lot and had a lot of college coaches coming to me.”
Coach Joe Gro:  “Antonio has been a four-year player at the school. He worked incredibly hard all four years. He was dedicated to the weight room, dedicated throughout the offseason, and during the season, he grew into one of our team leaders. Antonio is a really good man and quality person. On top of all of that, he’s a very good football player, and I’m very happy for Antonio and this opportunity at Del Val College. Hopefully, he will have a great experience.”
