What was the progression that led you to competing in lacrosse at the collegiate level? “Around sophomore year, I started to find my love for the game and made a push to play at the college level.”
Coach John Fitzpatrick says: “Beckett has been a captain for us the last two years. He’s just an awesome kid. He’s been right up there in points. He runs the midfield for us, and he was my top midfielder last year, and he’s definitely going to be my top midfielder this year. He does anything I ask him. Basically, he’ll run back and play defense, he’ll be out there on the face-offs. Anything that needs to be done he does. He’s an excellent kid, he’s ultra competitive. If the other team scores, he wants to come right back and score on them. He’s one of the first kids to give a high five if someone is going good or pick someone up if something’s going bad. He’s a true team leader. It’s well deserved that he’s being recruited by a high level D-II program.”
