Hannah Sullivan – Salisbury University (Volleyball)

Major:  Nursing

Final list of colleges:  Salisbury, Gettysburg, Franklin & Marshall, Wesleyan

Reasons for choosing Salisbury: “Larger college, nursing major and great team culture.”

What was the progression that led you to competing in volleyball at the collegiate level?  “I knew I wanted to play in college when I was a freshman, and I switched volleyball clubs to one that recruits on a major level (Princeton Volleyball Club). I started recruiting sophomore year, but it was really junior year that I was getting looked at seriously and went on what feels like hundreds of college tours. Salisbury was the last college I toured, and I fell in love with the team, the campus and programs, and I knew right away that I was going to go there.”

Coach John Wright says:  “Hannah Sullivan was a force both on and off the court. She was a team captain for two seasons and led the team in blocks both of those seasons. As fine a person as she was a player, she will be extremely hard to replace.”
