Reasons for choosing Wesleyan:  “Wesleyan not only has a highly esteemed lacrosse program, but it is a great school as well. Also, I have always wanted to go to school in the New England area.”

What was the progression that led you to playing lacrosse at the collegiate level?  “I started playing summer club lacrosse and competed well against some of the best players in the court.
“My recruiting process began in 10th grade while visiting some of the top academic/lacrosse universities.”

Coach John Kurek says:  “Jake has the best leadership qualities that you want in a kid. He was a student of the game, a teacher of the game. He really made everyone around him better by his work ethic and his play.
