Grace McGeehan – Pace University (Field Hockey)

Major: Digital Marketing

Final list of colleges:  Pace, The Catholic University of America, East Stroudsburg

Reasons for choosing Pace: “I chose Pace University because I really love the team and the coaching style, and it felt like home.”

Coach Shannon McCracken says:  "I am proud that Grace is continuing her field hockey career at Pace. She has grown and matured in her four years at North Penn into a top player and leader both on and off the field. Grace played forward and started two years and came off the bench for us her sophomore year. She has 31 career goals and 18 assists (senior year - 19 goals and 12 assists). Grace was a Colonial Division second team selection her senior year and honorable mention her junior year. As a forward she is fast, dynamic, creative, and has a nose for the goal. Grace practices as hard as she plays in a game and that, in turn, makes her teammates better. She is also a great person - loves the sport and her teammates, works hard, is a competitor, and is extremely coachable. As a captain her senior year, Grace was an excellent role model to her younger teammates."
