On Monday, May 22, 2023, Pennridge seniors Paige Lipp & Samantha Lipp were recognized for committing to continue their volleyball careers at Bryn Athyn College.
Paige Lipp – Bryn Athyn College (Volleyball)

Reasons for choosing Brandywine: “I chose Bryn Athyn because it’s close to home, and I’m going with my sister.”
Coach Brandon Johnson says: “For Paige, it was her tenacity that stood out. She’s just the ultimate team player. She sacrificed being setter – she probably could have started anywhere in the league, but we had Delaney (Schwind) setting, and Paige stepped in as DS, as right side, as outside, and she did anything she could for the team to win, and that’s what we value at Pennridge. Her tenacity of just running through bleachers to win is something I’ll never forget.”

Reasons for choosing Bryn Athyn: “I chose Bryn Athyn for its location and size, and I’m going with Paige.”
Coach Brandon Johnson says: “With Samantha, it was her learning along the way and growing into the libero role. She initially started as a hitter, but she molded herself into a libero, which is exactly what we needed last year. She became that rock in the middle of our defense and our serve receive. It was just a blessing to see her grow mentally to be able to handle that role.”
