Reasons for choosing Midland: “I wanted to continue to train and compete competitively in college for power lifting, but at the same time find a school that would allow me to grow spiritually, academically and athletically, which is why I chose Midland. Midland is a small Liberal Arts Christian College, and it happens to have one of the best power lifting programs in the country. Tim Anderson, the coach of Midland, was a former World Team coach and a former World Champion. I will also be around some of the best Powerlifters in the world as my teammates for the next four years.”
