Coach Kevin Woulfe says:  “Connor Floyd and Kyle Woulfe – what I say about one I could say about the other. I think to summarize it, for the most part is – three years ago, the Quakertown boys’ soccer team scored three goals the whole season. The following year, Connor had 17 assists and Kyle had 20-something goals. They basically made the league kind of stand up and take notice. They were just two of the most dynamic players to ever come through the Quakertown system. It was a pleasure to coach them. They made everybody around them better, including the coaches. Sometimes they were ahead of us on things we were trying to teach them, and they would actually tell us what we should try. When they told us we should try it, we would try it. There’s no doubt that these two kids are just going to be completely successful in life by their hard work ethic. I’m glad they’re going close to home because I plan on going to both of their games the next four years. They’re two guys that are going to be playing soccer their freshman year of college – that I can tell you right now, and I'd like to congratulate them for setting the bar for the next level of kids coming through.”

Connor Floyd – Arcadia University (Soccer)
Major:
Physical Therapy with a minor in Psychology
Final list of colleges:  Arcadia, Lycoming, Alvernia
Reasons for choosing Arcadia:  “When I first showed up there, it was a school that felt like home to me. I went to a one-day camp, and it almost felt at the end of that day camp like I was actually going to that school. I knew that from that point on that school felt like home, and that’s really where I wanted to go.”
What was the progression that led you to playing collegiate soccer?  “My initial hopes were to actually go pro by the time I made it to college, but I took what was given to me. It didn’t work out, but I knew all along I would play in college. I devoted my life to soccer, and that’s the only sport I’ve given my time to. All my life it’s been my goal to go to college and play soccer.”
