Kyle Rocks – Shippensburg University (Soccer)

Major:  Criminal Justice

Final list of colleges:  Shippensburg, Millersville

Reasons for choosing Shippensburg:  “I really liked the camp, I liked the team, and I liked the coach.”

What was the progression that led you to playing soccer at the collegiate level?  “When we started to go to tournaments, I started getting e-mails from coaches saying, ‘We want you here.’ It felt good to be wanted, and that was my motivation.”

Coach Randy Garber says:  “Kyle is a goal scorer. He’s a forward and a left side player that you don’t find that often that strikes the ball as well as Kyle does. He does some good things when he has the ball, and he’s capable of scoring at any given time. He’s going to be greatly missed, especially to replace a left side player.”
