Major:
Business
Final list of colleges:  Lycoming, Catholic University
Reasons for choosing Lycoming:  “Good academics and a growing lacrosse program.”
What was the progression that led you to playing lacrosse at the collegiate level?  “In between 10th and 11th grades, I started to get recruited at offseason tournaments.”
Coach Hank Resch says:  “Ryan was a captain and played midfield for us. He scored a lot of goals, he’s a great competitor, and he’s a big, strong kid. Particularly early in the year when we were struggling offensively, he basically carried us, scoring goals by himself. As the season wore on and we got better, he distributed the ball well.”

Jack Gozzard – Moravian College (Lacrosse)
Major:
Education
Final list of colleges:  Moravian, Misericordia, DeSales, Bloomsburg
Reasons for choosing Moravian:  “Amazing academic reputation and a great campus atmosphere.”
What was the progression that led you to playing lacrosse at the collegiate level?  “Last year, I saw that Moravian was bringing back their D3 program, and I immediately jumped on it.”
Coach Hank Resch says: “Jack also was a captain. He was originally an attackman and probably will play attack at Moravian. He’s a really good athlete. When I coached him in fifth grade, he was a little skinny kid. Now he’s a big, fast athletic kid. He’s a great cutter, great on ground balls, great clearing. He really just gave us an element of speed and athleticism at the midfield that we needed. Although he’s an attackman, he sacrificed for the team and moved to another position, and that really helped us this year.”

Caroline Pape – Fairleigh Dickinson University
Major:
Education
Final list of colleges:  Fairleigh Dickinson, Ursinus
Reasons for choosing Fairleigh Dickinson:  “Good location and distance, and I really liked the coaches and team.”
What was the progression that led you to playing lacrosse at the collegiate level?  “I always knew I wanted to play a sport in college. I joined STEPS Elite the summer after junior year and started talking to coaches.”
Coach Maggie Canavan says:  “Caroline was one of our three captains this year. She is an amazing leader and role model for our younger players. She’s the kind of player that I hope all of my younger athletes look up to and say – that’s what I want to be when I’m a senior. She ran the midfield for us, so she was all over the ball. Usually if our team did something successful or positive during the game, Caroline was the one that was found in the middle making it happen. She was our unsung hero – that’s the best way to describe her.”
About Caroline:
Favorite food:
Mac ‘N Cheese
Favorite movie:  A Walk to Remember
Favorite music:  All kinds
