On Friday, May 21, Upper Dublin senior Molly Braun was recognized for committing to continue her swimming career at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington.

SOL Liberty first team – 200 Medley Relay
SOL Liberty first team – 100 Butterfly
SOL Liberty first team - 400 Freestyle Relay
District One 3A second place – 200 Medley Relay
District One 3A third place – 100 Butterfly
District One 3A sixth place – 400 Freestyle Relay
PIAA 3A first place – 200 Medley Relay
PIAA 3A eighth place – 100 Butterfly
PIAA 3A eighth place – 200 Freestyle Relay
Coach Brandon Pierce says: “Molly has been a great asset to the team over the past four years. She led our team as one of two seniors, and she was relied on this year a ton. She helped to bring the team to a sixth place finish at states this year and they were champions last year. She has been instrumental in all four years and was a state qualifier all four years. Her events are butterfly and sprint freestyle events. She’s just a strong swimmer, and she’s competitive, one of the more competitive girls we have on the team. She always wants to improve and get faster. I know she’s looking forward to swimming at UNC Wilmington and will have a career there too.”
