Strengths/Question Marks: “Our biggest strength going into the season will be our core group of returning players. This group has been together now going into their third season and are familiar with one another along with the coaches expectations. Last season we doubled our win total and remained competitive in several other matches that could have gone either way and we look to continue to build from those successes. Our biggest question mark this coming season will be how we respond to losing our starting setter, starting libero and our biggest hitter from last season and how we handle spreading the offense to get more people involved.”
Outlook: “I believe that we have a group of players this season that can come out and compete within our conference. We know the goals that we’ve set for ourselves as a team and it will be up to us to put in the work to achieve them. I think that several of our players are going to step up this season and be really productive both offensively and defensively and that we’ll be a more well-rounded team than in past seasons.”
