CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH SOFTBALL PREVIEW

Coach:  Dan Hayes   4th year as Head Coach

Assistant coaches: Victor Volpe

Last year’s record:  9-5 SOL, 11-9 overall      

Notable losses:  Hailey Warner playing at De Sales University

Key returners:

  • Maddie Decker Sr. P        
  • Hope Darreff   SR  2B       

Others to watch:

  • Taylor Marinelli   Soph.  3B    
  • Maddi  Bieber  Soph  OF

Strengths/Question Marks: “I expect Maddie will keep us in the game.  Question will be can we progress in other parts of the game to be competitive.”

Outlook:  “In this league/conference and the fact we have gone to a power rating to determine district seeding, I don't think it's a good idea to look too far down the road.  Our girls have been working very hard, and we do have a talented group of young players, so time will tell if we can take what we've seen in the gym and carry it over to the field and game situations.”
