Key players: Allie Walsh: (def/mid) Senior Captain, second team all-conference performer last year, 3-year starter, 4-year varsity member, 2-year captain, athletic, tough, hard-nose player
Sam Lubin: (mid) Senior Captain, 3-year varsity member, 2-year starter, will run our midfield, technical and quick, fit, and distributes and sees the field well
Grace Power: (mid/fwd) Senior Captain, 3-year varsity member, did not play last season because of a knee injury, will be an integral part in our team, has impressed the coaching staff with great work ethic, vision, athleticism, and competitiveness, extremely excited to have her back this year.
Trish Hauck: (fwd) Junior, third team all-conference performer last year, will be counted on to supply a lot of the offense.
Outlook: “This season the goal for the group is to get back to the postseason. The coaching staff is extremely happy with the level of fitness of the group. We have strong senior leadership, a lot of players with good experience, and the vibe around the program is a positive one. We graduated some key players last year, but are looking for a number of returning and new players to fill those voids. Another strength of the group this year is our depth, this allows for continuous competition for playing time, which will only help us get better.”
