Notable losses: Jayne Bogle –playing soccer at Ithaca
Key returners: Maddy Mela, Julie and Charlotte Ondria, and Taylor Deppi (Seniors) are back as starters for offense (Seniors) and Liza back after a year off from injury (Senior). All play attack and Mids. Strong players Lucy Carney returns’ as starting goalie (junior) - Defense Kiely lions and Abby Steadman return. Both Juniors Sophomore Cat McBride is a strong mid with Olive Esposito and Gabby Mann as attack. (Sophomores)
Others to watch: Ellie Carney is a strong freshman
Strengths/Question Marks: Looking forward to a great season, we have a lot of tough games but I think it will only make us stronger.
Outlook: “This is my strongest team I have coached. We have a lot of talent in the senior class and great ball movement. The catching skills of the seniors is fantastic. If we work together, we should do very well. Defense is look good with Lucy Carney (goalie) leading the way! We have a sister act with the Ondria, Mc Brides, Deppie’s and Carney’s. Should be a fun season!”
