Outlook: “My girls proved they could hit and produce runs during the 2012 season; however, we were a young team that had to take some significant losses in order for growth to occur. As a result, I have a much more mature team with a stronger understanding of the competition and the importance of each game. In addition, they have outstanding leadership demonstrated by senior captains Dom Pinto and Diana Amendolara who have worked hard to cultivate team chemistry which will certainly benefit our play on the field.”
