Strengths: “With returning co-captain and leading scorer in the area, Caroline McGovern, along with Sarah Womer, Paige Schmid, MiKayla VanAken, Caitlyn Thornton, and Tori Wright, CR South has many talented players that are able to score.”
Question Marks: “After losing two key defenders and one goalkeeper to graduation, we are looking for leadership from Emily Keller and Tori Wright to lead our defense and some younger players to learn these roles quickly.”
Outlook: “CR South has a solid group of returning players and a few new players that have really impressed the coaching staff. After earning second place in the SOL National League in 2015, the team is looking to be competitive in the league once again. This group of girls is talented, but more importantly, willing to work hard and easy to coach.”
