Outlook: “I have had several questions about a void in leadership and how I will replace production of players not here anymore. I have gotten tremendous leadership from a couple upperclassmen from the first day I got the job at the end of the school year. We have several girls who can produce if we play the right way: do the little things, share the ball, trust one another and have confidence in each other. If this group believes in their talents and abilities as much as the staff does and continues to work hard, the results will follow.”
