Outlook:  “We want to continue the building process we began four years ago.  Most of the staff has remained from last year, despite the change at Head Coach, and everyone is working hard to get the kids better.  We have over 80 kids on our roster from 9th-12th grade and our team had a great off-season, preparing themselves for the season ahead. Our goal as a program is to move past the story of just being a high school that fields a football team, but rather a team that competes at a high level every week and a team that is looking to be a force in our new conference.
“Trysten Hunt will be our main threat coming out of the backfield, but there is a strong group of capable athletes, including Brandon Hill, Sampson Bloh, Corey McCloud, and Justin Fant that will contribute greatly to our offensive production.  Mark Lopez-Shefcyk has won the QB competition coming out of camp, and he has the ability to beat teams with his arm and his legs.  As proud as our team was of last season’s results, they are all ready to take the next step as a program.”
