NESHAMINY GIRLS’ BASKETBALL PREVIEW

Coach: Joe Lally 7^th year as Head Coach- 11^th Year at Neshaminy

Assistant coaches: John Mullin, Trish Watson, Jackie Shunkwiler

Last year’s record: 21-9 overall/10-2 overall SOL National Champions/Elite 8 in the State Tourney

Key returners: Brooke Mullin 12^th G/F, Allison Harvey 12^th F/Kristin Curly 11^th G

Others to watch: Alexis McCoy 12^th F, Kelli Kowalick 11^th F Olivia Scotti 11^th F, Meghan Ansel 12^th G

Strengths/Question Marks: Many of the girls are in their 3^rd year playing together at the HS level. We are returning all 5 starters We will play a very difficult league & non-league.

Outlook: “We are an experienced team with very good chemistry. We are led by our captain and Bucknell-bound Brooke Mullin, Kristin Curly and Allison Harvey. Alexis McCoy, Kelli Kowalick and Oilvia Scotti will play key roles. We expect to have lots of depth with Meghan Ansel, Emily Tantala and Kacie Sienko. Our team goals are to compete for our league championship and make a deep run in the district and state playoffs.”
