Strengths:   “Eight returning starters from a PA state finalist team, strong group of upperclassmen, great leadership and drive, talented junior class, with two up and coming sophomores to round out a very athletic varsity roster. We will look to keeper Riley Spingler to lead and anchor our defense this season.”

Question marks:  “Losing two center backs from last year will make it a challenge to organize our back line. We need to find two quality defenders to step in to those roles, and we must add some additional scoring from our midfield players.”

Outlook:  “With eight returning starters from a state finalist team, we are looking to build on our success from last year. The feeling I have gotten from these players early on is a sense of unfinished business.
“Understanding Neshaminy’s passion for their soccer programs, as a first year head coach, it was crucial for me to retain coaches Rich Reice and Josh Van Reed on the staff. They have been a huge help getting the girls ready for the season. In addition, I have added Karla Schacher as an assistant coach and trainer. Karla, a former Rutgers player and Canadian national team player, is implementing our formations and assisting with our tactical training.
“We have a strong group of seniors, who have done a great job of preparing for this year, and there are some very talented juniors and sophomores batting to get on the field. Looking forward to start the season, and we will prepare one game at a time……Go Lady Skins!”
